ECMD Inc.® Brings NEW Texas Distribution Facility Online!

Since October 8th the distribution and import reload center has been operational in Houston. EastCoast Mouldings® and Arndt & Herman® Building Products have increased their reach and supply-chain network with the new 157,000sq.ft. Houston facility. The new facility will expand the reach of products and services to the south central region of the United States.

EastCoast Mouldings Co. is operating an import reload and distribution center in Houston to extend "The broadest offering of mouldings in the marketplace. From standard commodity profiles to our own premium Architectural Series of double-primed hardwood mouldings," said Al Delbridge, President of EastCoast Mouldings Co.

Along with EastCoast Mouldings, Arndt & Herman Building Products Co. is operating a distribution center out of the new facility. The entire lines of product categories are available to the Texas market. "Being able to source these related categories from a single supplier is inherently efficient for our customers, and by leveraging common logistics services with our sister company, EastCoast Mouldings, we can offer a broader selection and a higher level of service without a cost penalty," said Buford Arning, President of Arndt & Herman Building Products Co.

ECMD uses a supply-chain focus to lower costs while increasing service levels.
